[WANAPUM TRIBE APPLICANTS: The deadline for the Vera Claussen Memorial "Wanapum Tribe" Scholarship is Friday, April 30, 2010.  All applications MUST be received in the Columbia Basin Foundation office no later than 5:00pm on that day NOT postmarked by that date.

THE 2010 SCHOLARSHIP SEASON IS CLOSED.  THE DEADLINE FOR SCHOLARSHIPS WAS FEBRUARY 26, 2010!!!   

Students will be informed of awards in conjunction with their high school's award ceremonies or in the case of college students via mail no later than June 1, 2010.  In addition, a press release will be issued to the community newspaper.

Scholarships are paid directly to the college the student will be attending to further their education.  Funds will be distributed prior to commencement of classes each fall directly to the designated school, provided the student has supplied all necessary forms and information to Columbia Basin Foundation.
